Cooking recipes are how delicious food is prepared. It is a formula to which food can be prepared fast and easy. Recipes are the step by step way to perform something. In the kitchen, a cooking recipe consists of everything from the ingredients to the various spices that make up a particular dish.
A recipe usually shows one of detailed steps involved to prepare the dish. For example, to stir fry Chinese broccolis with Chicken, you would perform the following steps:
- Rirst stream cook the broccolis in hot water until tender.
- Slice the chicken meat into bite size slices and coat them with some cooking flour.
- Fire up the wok and heat up about two tablespoons of cooking oil.
- Put in the coated chicken pieces and stir fry with a specula until meat turned white from pink.
- Add in the cooked broccolis, add pinch of salt and sugar.
- Stir fry for about a minute.
- Add in about a teaspoon of hoi shen source, add a teaspoon of cooking oil
- Stir fry a minute while mixing the food around.
- Pick out the broccolis first. Then place the chicken pieces on top.
You combine the steps by steps recipe to make the food you love. Cooking is basically as simple as that.
It is experiences that make the chef. In order to become better at cooking a particular dish, you would have to cook the same dish to perfection. At that point, you come to know the ingredients well enough to cook them in your sleep!
